We provide this article, in order to explain you how to log in the app.
To use Client for Google Music, make yourself sure that your have an account at Google Play Music. If you have no account, please go this link to sing in - https://play.google.com/music/listen?authuser
If you have any problems with accessing the application (as at the screenshot), please follow suggested steps below.
1) Check the correction of writing the password and email. (Maybe there are mistakes)
2) Check your proxy settings! It must be turned off, too.
3) Watch how to sign in if your account is with 2-Step-Verification https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833
